The Institute actively instructs or teaches issues related to the 13th Amendment of the United States Constitution; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act; and any laws, rules or regulations that adversely affect racial minorities.

The Institute leads and holds public and academic forums, panels, discussions, and conducts workshop for agencies, groups, and students, etc. regarding issues of race, law and public policy.
